Refund policy

Miniporium does not allow refunds of products unless they arrive broken or faulty. Any broken/faulty products are valid for a replacement or a refund of the purchase price to the original payment method. The replacement option is only available for Australian customers. Miniporium reserves the right to decide whether to replace or refund If you wish to process a replacement/refund for your order, please contact us at theminiporium@gmail.com along with a description of your issues, photos as well as proof of purchase order. We will send out a response order as soon as we can, along with our advise to either refund or replace.
